Returns & refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within the 14-day return period. Please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your customer account
Log in to our shop with your customer account. To do this, go to our website and click on "My Account" in the top right corner (PC/Laptop/Tablet) or on the menu on the left, then on "Log in" in the bottom left corner (mobile phone).
2. Request a return
• Navigate to “My Orders” and select the order you wish to return.
• Click on “Request return” and select the reason for the return.
• Confirm your request – we will review it as soon as possible.
3. Receipt of the return label
After successful verification, we will send you a return label via email . Please print it out and attach it clearly to the package.
4. Pack the goods securely and return them.
• Pack the goods securely and ensure that they arrive undamaged .
• Take the package to the nearest Hermes shipping point.
• Note: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
5. Inspection & Refund
• As soon as the return arrives at our premises, we will inspect the goods.
• If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs to your original payment method.
• Depending on the payment method, refunds may take up to ten working days.
Return for local delivery
All returns from local delivery can simply be dropped off at our address Königsberger Straße 4, 37242 Bad Sooden-Allendorf.
